Final Opening

FOr i final opening scene we put it on youtube so it would work better than on blogger. i think it worked really well and was a good overall production.

Rough Cut : Used And Abusd

This is our first rough attempt at filming. we used this opetunity to get used to filming from different angles and getting used to the control of the camera along with the whole aspect of the acting. as you can see it was quite a good first attempt and we only made slight changes in our final product.

Treatment

In our trailer you can see a young woman in her 20's. she is lying on a sofa in a house either asleep or unconscious. i made it like this to create confusion right from the start. this is because i beleave confusion creates fear in peoples minds. she is lone with the television on which adds to the fear because it is the only thing you can hear creating an eerie feeling to it. it then goes on to show flashbacks from which could be from the night before however you don't know if it defiantly is creating more confusion and therefore fear. in the flash backs we see clips of the woman taking drugs at a party and then having sex with a random man after the party. weather she was rapped or wanted to have sex remains unknown but de to the state the woman is shown in it is more likely for the audience to expect rape. after these unclear flashbacks i would expect the audience would be even more confused therefore in my opinion this would scare them more. This i my opinion is a good and extremely effective way of creating fear. we then see a man walking down the road to the woman's house and as she looks out the window she panics thinking he is coming after her. it then skips to a scene of the man banging on the door whilst shouting offensive language at the woman wanting his money. however the audience do not see what the money is for and therefore get confused which would hopefully send out a sense of panic to them which will get them really into the thrill of the movie. we then see a clip of the man breaking in and then the screen goes black. this will make people panic as if he is coming from them and then create suspensive in the way they will be desperate to know what happens next.

over all i think this will work very well in both thrilling the audience and making them desperate to watch the full movie to see what happens.
